Negotiating a salary package is a very important aspect of any career. There is absolutely nothing wrong with negotiating a fatter salary package. The most important tool in the endeavor is effective communication. A lot of the haggling stops with what is said and communicated.
Today, the existence of so much of competition has made it necessary to take the onus upon your self and make the management aware of the need for pay increase, after considering your skills and application. You can flip your salary package for one that is fatter and more satisfying. However, before attempting negotiating a pay increase, you think about and practice the right dialogue and communication techniques that ensure success.
There are a number of online and offline resources that make available special tips that can help you with a salary negotiation. The rules to use when negotiating a salary package include: Stand confident all through the attempt. Do not show the slightest hesitation and communicate your intent without passivity. Sell your openness and willingness to handle more responsibility. Also showcase the strategies applied that enabled the organization to benefit. Speak confidently and rehearse the communication if possible, prior to venturing into the cabin. To prepare, spend time in front of a mirror or with a friend.
Maintain eye contact as you mention your certifications and additional qualifications that make your retainable. This will help the manager or HR executive to see the earnest attempt made and develop a bond. Your interest in bettering your prospects within the organization is most likely to be read in a positive light. When the senior member of the staff talks, listen.
You should look for signs that indicate either appreciation/readiness to upgrade you or water poured over a duck’s back. Keep a respectful distance and avoid becoming defensive in the face of a refusal. Look at what else could be done. You do have the option of walking away to some other organization that would not only pay your better, but also appreciate the effort made to upgrade.
This of course is the alternative. Practice verbal and nonverbal communication to close the best salary negotiation possible. It is also very important that prior to attempting a salary negotiation, you invest in an effort to prove yourself worthy of it. An increase in your salary package would mean an upgraded life style and access to better facilities.
Therefore, you should back your claim with the right moves. You could consider going ahead with your education and earning a degree or certification that puts you one up on competition.

Being able to get quality traffic to a website is a vital component to having a successful website. There are many ways to get traffic and one of those methods is to utilise article marketing. Article marketing is the process of writing and distributing articles to article directories such as Ezinearticles and ArticleHQ. By writing quality articles on topics related to your website, you will be able to get more traffic to your sites. Many article directories are valued by Google and due to this, pages on those sites rank in search engines more easily than on a fresh domain. This is due to authority and trust that search engines such as Google and MSN give to specific domains according the number of links they have pointing to the root domain. This means you will be able to secure additional search engine positions at very low cost and effort creating dominance in your target keywords. Many webmasters also use article directories to get articles to put onto their site. Since your article has a link back to your own site, you will get an extra link and also some of the traffic from other webmaster sites related to your article topic.

There is a plethora of dog gifts available in the marketplace, with each gift type celebrating a different breed of dogs - man’s faithful companion. You would be overwhelmed by the sheer variety of gifts and the fact that you could easily find a gift pertinent to any dog breed on earth.
The simplest of such gifts can be a canine care guidebook strictly specific to a particular dog breed of your choice.
Another viable dog gift can be a set of canine feeding bowls or a comprehensive dinner set, with your choice of breed being hand-painted on the bowls. A similar gift may be a calendar with picturesque backgrounds, featuring your favorite dog breed. Another special gift item is a dog breed greeting card. Dog lovers would be happy to receive a greeting card with a beautiful image of their favorite dog breed, along with a nice thought to mark the occasion.
You will be glad to know that there is an enormous collection of figurines shaped after different breeds of dogs. Beautiful hand blown glass figurines, crystal figurines and Christmas tree ornaments also make fine breed gifts. Dog breed mugs and coffee cups, notepads, postcards, placemats, spoon rests, salt and pepper shakers, among others are also viable gift options.
Several household items can also be modeled after your favorite dog breed. You could have dog breed embroidered towels, welcome mats and other door mats, and window and car stickers as well. Tote bags, bearing a beautiful image of your favorite dog breed, not only suggest your love for the particular dog breed but are also a cool fashion statement. If your budget allows a bit of leeway, you may buy an expensive breed specific jewelry item. There is a huge selection of breed specific rings, earrings, and necklaces that would certainly bring a smile to a woman who happens to be a dog lover.
As far as dog breed gifts are concerned, there is no dearth of possibilities. The only restrictive aspect would be the amount of money you are willing to spend on a dog breed gift. Every item you imagine could either be modeled after your favorite dog breed, have a picture of the breed painted on it, engraved or embossed on it, or affixed onto it in one or the other manner.
Choices abound when it comes to dog breed gifts. The only aspect that you need to ensure is that the gift is to the receiver’s liking.

Look out because here comes another FREE traffic source for you to utilize within your online marketing mix.
Internet marketers(myself included) have been using this method of traffic generation for quite some time now with Great results and I’ll explain WHY in a moment.
First off though, I think it’s important that I explain what a “Feeder Page” is for those of you who are new to the term and the Internet marketing scene.
A “Feeder Page” is simply a single — Keyword Targeted — webpage that is designed to rank high in the Search Engines under the particular Keyword or Keyword Phrase that webpage is optimized for.
That’s the definition in a nutshell.
Now, depending on the keywords or keyword phrases you use and how well they rank within the SE’s, Traffic will slowly start to trickle in, that’s why you want to have as many of these pages out there as possible.
The more pages, the more TRAFFIC you’ll receive.
Remember, it’s all about the numbers and as a quick example lets say you have 100 keyword optimized “Feeder Pages” out on the web and the Search Engine Spiders find them while crawling and decided to index them all.
And… lets say that each of those pages roughly sent you between 2 to 5 hits a day to your website.
That’s 200-500 EXTRA hits a day to your website for FREE!
Which then works out to about 6,000 to 15,000 EXTRA hits to your site in a month.
Just imagine all the sales that would be generated from that kind of traffic flowing into your website, that is of course, if your salescopy is converting well.
The cool thing about all this is, they didn’t cost you a SINGLE penny.
Now, that’s just the basic breakdown of a “Feeder Pages” basic function and purpose.
There’s more to building them then what I have explained in this article.
I just wanted to give you a guick overview into another POWERFUL method of FREE traffic generation that many Internet marketers use to send traffic to their websites via the Search Engines.
The best software I’ve encountered and personally use to generate several hundred themed “Feeder Pages” at a time is called Traffic Equalizer. You can find out more about this software and how it works at:
http://traffic-equalizer.corys-cbmall.com
Now, you’ll find that if you do a little research online about “Feeder Pages”(A.K.A. Doorway or Gateway pages) that some marketers say “They’re No Good and They Don’t Work Anymore”.
You’ll also hear some say by using “Feeder Pages”, you are ‘Spamming’ the Search Engines and that the SE’s are cracking down on this method of traffic generation and will de-index your website to NO existance.
YES. Some of this is true, indeed.
And… it has happened to me several times.
BUT… they keep coming back and re-indexing them all.
Those Bloody Spiders!!
The ‘Key’ to getting around this is simply to build your “Feeder Pages” with targeted content(like articles or reviews, etc.) related to your Product or Service and present them with the same Look and Navigation as the rest of your website.(ex. graphics, template, links,
copyright,etc.)
Well… there you have it; “Feeder Pages(A.K.A. Doorway or Gateway pages)… What They Are And HOW They’re A Great Source Of FREE Traffic”.
I truly hope you understand what I just revealed and More Importantly, how You too can use this within your online marketing mix to BOOST your Traffic and Sales.

Have you ever thought about how much rudeness may be affecting your bottom line? What is the cost to your company when you or the people who represent you lack proper manners? Do you know how many clients are turned off by employees who would rather carry on a conversation with each other than with the person who came to purchase your service or product? Can you count the number of people who hang up and call someone else because the person who answered your phone put them on hold without asking permission? How does the client rate your professionalism when the employee who welcomes him to your office looks as if she is dressed for a day at the beach? Do your employees understand that it is more offensive then friendly to call the client by first name unless asked to do so? Are your employees treating each other with courtesy and respect? Do they honor the invisible walls of each other’s cubicles? Do they work as a team and help each other or do they act like cast members on Survivor?
In today’s fast-paced business world where too many people claim that they don’t have time to be nice, it’s easy to overlook the details that can help you grow your business, increase your profits and build long lasting client relationships.
Try taking this quick true/false quiz to test your own business etiquette expertise. Then run it by your employees.
1. Business etiquette is based on rank and hierarchy. True/False
2. If the information on your business card is incorrect, draw a line through it and write the correct information on the card. True/False
3. Business casual means dressing down one notch from business professional. True/False
4. In today’s relaxed business environment, it is not necessary to ask your clients’ permission before using their first names. True/False
5. Callers do not mind holding for information as much as holding for a person. True/False
6. You don’t have to smile or make eye contact with your customers unless you feel like it. True/False
7. Handwritten notes are out of place in the business world. True/False
8. A man should wait for a woman to put out her hand in business before offering his. True/False
9. When composing an e-mail message, complete the “To” line last. True/False
10. Small talk around the office is a waste of time. True/False
11. People can hear you eating, drinking and chewing over the phone. True/False
12. If you receive a call on your cell phone when you are with a client, look to see who is calling, but don’t answer it. True/False
Answers:
1. True. In business, you always defer to the senior or highest ranking person, regardless of age or gender.
2. False. Handing out business cards with information that is outdated or crossed off is unprofessional. Have new cards printed immediately.
3. True. Business casual is not an excuse to wear your favorite old clothes to the office. It is still business, and everyone needs to look professional.
4. False. Don’t assume because our work world has become more informal that you can call clients by their first name. Use their titles and last names until they ask you to do otherwise.
5. True. Clients will wait contentedly while you search for information, working on their behalf. However, if they have to wait more than thirty seconds for you to come to the phone, they begin to wonder how much you value them or want their business.
6. False. This is only true if you are planning a going-out-of-business sale. Every client deserves a genuine smile and eye contact.
7. False. Handwritten notes have become almost as extinct as the typewriter. You will stand out from your competition every time you send off a short note written in your own hand.
8. False. Every woman should be prepared to shake hands as soon as she meets someone in business. For either a man or woman to hesitate could indicate a lack of confidence.
9. True. You can send e-mail without inserting an attachment, without checking for grammar and punctuation and without a subject line; but you cannot send e-mail without an address. If you wait until you have carefully proofed your message and added all attachments before you complete the “To ” line, you will never be embarrassed or have to apologize for your mistakes.
10. False. Small talk carried on at the right time, in the right place and on the right subject is a great way to build relationships among co-workers.
11. True. Mouth noises are even louder over the phone. Just because your clients can’t see you eating those potato chips doesn’t mean they can’t hear you munching on the other end of the line.
12. False. It is just as rude to pull out your phone to see who called as it is to have it on and take a call in front of a client. Turn your phone off and check your messages later in private.
If you had trouble with any of these questions, your employees will, too. If you want your employees to be at ease in business situations, to represent you well and help build your business, give them the information they need. If you haven’t done basic business etiquette skills training lately, do it now. Don’t let rude behavior cost you business.
Make sure that your employees know how to handle clients over the phone, that they understand the importance of being attentive and alert to clients’ needs, that the value other people’s time and that they can deal with difficult people and situations with grace.
No one is born with good manners. People have to be taught, and from time to time, they need to be reminded of what they already know.

While glass and metal candle holders are the most popular, there is an absolutely huge variety available, in all sorts of materials. This handy checklist will help you make the right choices without having to spend hours on the task. As you run down the list, you will see that as you make decisions you are led naturally to the right kind of holder and the right kind of candle.
Making your own is also an option if you have the patience and skill - or perhaps just the patience!
1 The event
- Are you going to use the candle holder as an integral part of the event, or do you want the candle to be a minor accessory?
- If it’s a seasonal event, such as Easter or Christmas, one of the many plaster candle holders might be suitable.
Once you’ve got the setting for the event clear in your mind, you can move easily to the next point to consider, which is…
2 Size
- If it’s a statement you’re after, think big and bold because anything less will probably not achieve the effect you want. But big and bold brings its own problems - solid colors probably won’t work. Think vines, ivy, and espalier multiple candle holders, which lend themselves particularly well to larger arrangements with a number of tea lights or small jars. If you’re going this route, you can probably justify wholesale and/or discount quantities.
- If intimate is your objective, then go with tea lights or small jar or container candle holders.
- If you want to go to the opposite extreme, then chandeliers can add a delightfully unusual touch if you have the right place to positon them, which leads to…
3 Siting
Where are you going to position the candles?
- For instance, if you’re going for a combination of scented candles and food (and you should think very carefully about that particular mix) then the holder needs to be off to one side, substantial enough to be noticed and to be left unattended in safety. You want to please your guests with a suggestion of a fragrance, not overpower them or the food.
- If the setting is more intimate, then smaller is better. Don’t force your guests to crane over the candles to hold a conversation.
4 Color
- On some occasions you will want to match the colors in your rooms, and on others you’ll be going for contrast.
- You also don’t want to restrict yourself to just one color of candle, so you need enough holders to allow you to mix and match.
- Remember that boldly-colored holders are more difficult to match to the candle color and to your decor.
And once you’ve decided on the right color, you’ll be led naturally to the appropriate….
5 Material
Even though you’ve narrowed down the options, there are still some wonderful decisions to be made.
- You can choose between wood, bronze, silver, crystal, aluminium, metal candle holders, wrought iron, beaded holders, or natural products such as bamboo and coconut.
- Glass is obviously popular. You can either choose a completely neutral holder, or choose a colored holder that will match the candle color. Glass is particularly appropriate for votive candleholders.
- Hurricane candleholders are popular for pillar candles and are wonderful for al fresco dining. Remember to look for one with a handle if you will need to move it while still hot.
Then you only have to decide on ..
6 Shape
- There are a large number of animal and character shapes available, although these have to be matched carefully to the occasion. Bees, birds and butterflies (particularly pretty when matched to tea light candles) are popular and are available in solid and transluscent colours.
- Consider slate pillar plates for the really big or multi-wick candles; in fact, lovers of pillar candles can find a wide range of coasters and plate holders, some of them beautifully decorated.
7 The candle itself
By now you should have eliminated a whole lot of possibilities; the holders you are still considering will almost choose themselves.
- For instance pillars, which tend to be chunky anyway, require more substantial holders than more delicate candles.
- If you’re going to use votive candles, remember that they must be burned in a holder, because votives are really container candles without a container. If possible go for a straight-sided container as long as the rest of the design pleases you.
The straight sides will reduce the wax pool that is formed when the candle burns, and the tighter the fit, the longer the candle will burn.
- And finally, if you’re in a languid mood, what about the charming bowls, complete with stands, that are specially designed for floating candles?

Most people who try to leverage the Internet to build their MLM business wake up to the rude awakening that Network Marketing in the Internet age requires a whole lot more than just having a web site.
Your marketing system should fulfill four critical functions in order to peek the interest of your prospect to the point where they either come back to you for more information, or they remove themselves from the prospect pool.
First of all, your system should promote you as a professional. This adds to your credibility and makes it much easier for your prospects to understand that you are serious about your business and that you are capable of helping them.
To accomplish this, whatever resource you use to begin to promote your business should somehow be professionally labeled or marked as coming from you. This is not to say that you must be the author or presenter of the material, but that material should be accompanied buy some promotional entity which depicts you as the deliverer of professional information.
If your resources are on-line, you should have a professional looking photo and/or a short professional bio on the web site.
By promoting yourself first as a reliable source of information, you will build trust and rapport with your prospects, increasing their chances of allowing you the privilege of helping them solve their unwanted condition.
The second critical function of your marketing system should be to emotionally engage your prospect so that they can relate to the information on a personal level. By presenting an emotionally compelling presentation, your prospect’s mind will be more accepting to the information that follows.
Remember that the reason your prospect is examining your information in the first place is because they have indicated a specific discontent that they need to have serviced. Your marketing system should remind them of the feelings of discontent that they experience, so that they become excited about the possibility of solving that discontent.
Since most decisions are made based on how we feel, it is critical that your prospect become emotionally involved. This emotional involvement will help your prospect to make the decision to continue exploring your information.
Appeal to your prospects emotional senses using specific questioning, a generic audio, video or on-line presentation which brings your prospect’s sense of discontent back to the surface in order to prepare them for the next step.
The third function of your marketing system should be to educate your prospect so that your prospect is clear that this is a network marketing business.
In a previous article entitled “100% Rejection Free MLM Prospecting”, I provided the following advice, and it’s worth repeating here because it is highly critical to the effectiveness of your on-line prospecting initiatives:
Don’t trick your prospects into attending a meeting or live presentation if they are unaware that your business is MLM. This turns people off, and makes them feel manipulated and it puts you in a position where you may have to deal with those objections yourself.
Use a system that informs the prospect of the MLM nature of your business without your input. That way, you will not attract difficult questions from your prospect. If your prospect is completely un-accepting of the MLM business model, they will bow out of the process at this point.
By using a video or other tool to inform your prospect that your business in Network Marketing, you allow the prospect to absorb and consider that information on their own time on their own terms. They will be much more appreciative of this consideration than if they had invested time to attend a lengthy “opportunity meeting”
You want to know if your prospect is resistant to the MLM business model at this point so that you can stop investing time in trying to recruit someone who does not want to be recruited. This is a major problem area for most inexperienced network marketers.
The fourth function of your marketing system is to pre-qualify your prospect by requiring some sort of action on the part of the prospect.
Maybe they have to fill in a form on-line, or complete a short questionnaire. If your prospect completes the required action, after they have been educated, that will tell you that your prospect understands that your business is MLM and they are accepting of the concept and they are likely open to exploring your offerings further…otherwise they would not have completed the process.
The reason this is so important is because by giving your prospect a task to complete, you are pre-qualifying their level of commitment to solving their discontent, and you are giving them an easy way out in that if they decide that they are not interested in following through any further, they simply wont complete the task.
This removes the rejection factor completely from the equation, and allows you to invest your time only with those prospects who have demonstrated a sincere interest by completing the tasks requested of them.
The marketing system that I use is a compilation of generic systems, connected together to form an effective and easy to follow marketing and pre-qualification system which can be used by any network marketing professional in any network marketing business.

The Mazdaspeed 6 offers the optimal balance between performance and sophistication,” said Weldon Munsey, vehicle line manager for Mazda North American Operations (MNAO). “The turbocharged engine, with its broad power band, excellent fuel economy and eco-friendly emissions levels, is unmatched in its class, while the sport-minded, luxurious cabin helps deliver a car driver will find hard to exit.”
Mazda’s own innovative technologies, including the newly developed direct-injection turbocharged 2.3-liter engine with maximum output of an estimated 274 hp and all-new active torque split all-wheel-drive system, make the MazdaSpeed 6 the company’s highest performance sedan and push the Mazda brand DNA element of spirited dynamic performance to its ultimate level.
With a 274-horsepower, 280 lb-ft of torque, all-wheel drive, the 2005 Mazda Speed 6 has power from the direct-injection turbocharged 2.3-liter engine channeled to an all-new Active Torque Split All-Wheel Drive system for traction and handling in all conditions.
Exterior highlights include an aerodynamic front bumper and lower grille section, a five-point upper grille section that also serves as the air intake for the engine’s intercooler, the flared side skirts. It also includes the custom 18-inch aluminum wheels fitted with 215/45R18 tires, the aerodynamic rear bumper with built-in diffuser for the integrated exhaust tailpipe and a highly effective yet compact rear lip spoiler.
The interior is spacious with high-quality interior materials for a lush finish, custom six-speed shift knob and semi-bucket sport-type front seats for excellent side support.
It packs a turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cyl engine with direct fuel injection and some 274 hp. A 6-speed manual transmission is mandatory. Also standard are a limited-slip differential, up rated suspension, 18-inch wheels, antilock brakes and antiskid/traction control. To match its performance persona, the MazdaSpeed gets its own front and rear fascias, plus special sport bucket seats and metal-look interior trim. Automatic climate control and 200-watt Bose CD stereo are also included in the package.
A new six-speed manual directs the engine’s efforts to both axles via standard all-wheel drive with three torque-apportioning strategies: normal, sport, and snow. Standard equipment includes the 270-horse turbo engine, the manual transmission, and Mazda’s new Active Torque-Split AWD system, which can send up to 50 percent of the engine’s power to the rear wheels.
The 2005 Mazda Speed 6 has direct injection to a turbo application. Injecting fuel directly into the combustion chamber increases both fuel mixture loading efficiency and torque. As a result, the turbocharger delivers much of its 15.6 psi of boost from approximately 2500 rpm. The single-scroll turbocharger maintains exhaust temperature, allowing for reduced thermal capacity of the exhaust system, which, in turn, minimizes harmful emissions and allows the MAZDASPEED6 to meet both LEV-II state and Bin 5-A Federal regulations.
Whether you choose the muscular refinement of the MAZDA6 Sports Sedan, the well-executed mix of spaciousness and assertive style of the MAZDA6 5-Door, or the utility and sophistication of the MAZDA6 Sport Wagon, Partstrain gives you the finest Mazda Replacement and Performance Parts unmatched anywhere else.

For those of you living in the South, you have undoubtedly been back into the swing of things for a few weeks now. You’re already back in the groove whether you like it or not! For us Northeasterners, though, we still have a few more days of unhurried bliss. My kids start school mid-week, and ease back into it with half-days.
We’ve spent the last couple weeks thinking about and planning our groove for the New Year. And that process always reinforces the definiteness with which kids define the New Year. To them it is absolutely “The First Day of School.” No dropping of the ball and staying up past midnight watching Dick Clark. No…it’s early to bed, with new clothing and freshly-smelling shoes laid out, backpacks organized by the front door, and lunchboxes or lunch-money tucked safely inside a zipped-pocket. It’s calling all of their friends to see which homeroom they’re in, checking bus schedules, and comparing teams.
In trying to get back our groove, I am trying to put myself into my kids’ heads. I find myself consciously disengaging from the mindset of planning my New Year (writing down goals, hosting some parties, and celebrating with friends) and trying to put myself into their shoes by remembering what it was like each and every year of my own childhood on that “First Day of School”…or the official start of their New Year.
So it’s with renewed enthusiasm that I have been driving my daughter to the mallagain and againsearching for just the right tops to go with those perfect new jeans; to the sporting goods store for sturdy sneakersand cleats, pads, and cupsfor my boys; to Target for new lunchboxes; and to furniture stores in surrounding towns for a new sofa for our newly finished basement “dugout.” It’s with the hops of creating happy memories that I drive my kids to their friends’ homes to hang-out “just one last time before school starts”…or to let them enjoy “just one last sleepover, Mom, pleeeease!” (And I have to admit that my daughter and her two friends who spent last night here were too adorableclothed in bikinis, all three of them, in a bubble bath, with my volcanic mud from Costa Rica spread all over their faces and shaving cream squirted all over their legs…..tonight my son is camping out with a friend in a backyard tent)….
In trying to get back our groove, we have become convicted to get our act together: to get all of the kids prepared physically for school with new clothing and new school supplieswhich means first cleaning out their closets; organizing bags for our local thrift shop, consignment shop, and friends whose kids might enjoy our hand-me-downs; and taking those energy-draining excursions to the mall. (If truth be told, the mall has taken on a whole new meaning with a soon-to-be-teen girl. Clothing shopping with her is exhausting, to be sure, but honestly, some of these new girl clothes are so cute that I’m actually getting “into it.” And shopping for the best bargains has not only excavated my hunting instincts; my dusty MBA is actually being put to use here. The teen-girl-clothing-paradigm is as complicated as any I’ve seen: “Mom, I have two skirts on hold at Abercrombie and I saw four new tops at delia’s but one top needs a different color jean and you hate Abercrombie so what am I supposed to do because I really need some cute skirts to go with these tops I like?”)
In trying to get our act together as a family, I have been on a warpath about finishing and organizing our basement so that we gain some square footage for a teen “dugout.” So we’ve put our oldest boys to work, sanding, painting, and hauling. We’ve de-junked, re-grouped, and reinvented that space so that it will serve as our kids’ friends new hangout spot. Or hopefully anyway. (After last weekend’s harrowing experience, we are determined to keep our kids closer to home!) We gave up on any dreams of creating beauty down there (no light, no windows, no doors) and opted instead for space where form meets function. The “teen toys” arrive this week so that by the “New Year” our kids can get back into the groovementally and physicallyknowing that their new space is clean, organized, and filled with things to help them entertain themselves when they feel the need for some down-time.
So in getting back your own groove:
• Shape Up: whip all those closets and kids’ rooms into tip-top shape so that your kids can start their New Year on a clean, fresh note, without the distractions that a chaotic environment inevitably brings. Organize closets, chests of drawers, toy shelves, videos, DVD’s, and CD’s.
• Freshen Up: spray sheets with a new linen spray (treat yourself to something that rings “Fall”), wash windows, vacuum your van, and plump up your pillows.
• Lighten Up: get rid of junk and clutter. Donate it to charity or give it away to a friend who could put it to better use.
• Dress Up: let your kids have some fun picking out a few new things for their school wardrobe. The rite of the New Year certainly includes new shoes and some fun new clothes.
• Ease Up: allow the kids to plan some fun into their everyday reality, as they mentally engage into all that hard work they are about to endure in this New Year.
Happy First Days!

Strong convictions were born about the role of the arts in child development; ten years of homeschooling and raising four kids provide fertile soil for devising creative parenting strategies.
