However, if the program is insufficient then it may result in decrease in a website’s productivity. Customers want to deal with programs that are easy and time saving. It reminds of the TV commercial I saw where folks were attending a seminar. The speaker was full of zest and enthusiasm and he said:
“Look… it’s easy. You want to be a millionaire, all you need to do is save $100,000 per year. Do that for JUST 10 years and you are millionaire before you know it.”
I’d like to see a show of hands now! How many people do you know learned how to run before they learned how to crawl? I don’t see any hands.
How many people do you know that claim they will be RICH by this time next year… but are still currently working a job? Oh… see a couple of hands there. But for the most part, your friends that think this, are keeping their dreams to themselves. They may believe it, but they don’t believe it enough to be able to tell you about it. It’s called “pipe dreams.”
What do you think would be a realistic goal for the average person to achieve by marketing online?
Let’s think about your present income.
I know… you’d like to make more, everybody would…
But you can SEE by way of your employment, you making X number of dollars per month. That’s not too hard to visualize. You don’t need someone to tell you how to make $50,0000 per year if you are already making it. So it is a given. You can make $50,000 per year, and you are used to making it.
If you choose another field to work in, you can still make $50,000 per year.
There are ways to increase this so you can make more, but for now let’s look at an example of two different sales people I know who sell the exact same thing.
She was used to making $1200 per month. So when she quit her job and started working for herseld, she made $1100 per month.
He was used to making $3700 per month. So when he quit his job and started working for himself (the exact same thing) he wasn’t happy unless he was making $4100 per month.
Yes, yes… we could go into psychological reasoning, but I’m not a psychologist. This is the norm for REAL people. Yes you can learn to overcome this mental barrier, but you’re not going to do it when you’re first out of the gate. Learn to replace your current income, before moving on to a higher income bracket.
This… isn’t soooo hard to do. Like eating an elephant! One bite at a time.
Here is the thing most people have a problem with…

Work?
Right! What do you suppose you’re going to have to do to earn the same amount of money working for yourself?
Acck! …and they said it would be easy. It is… all you have to do is save $100,000 per year;-)
People you will never hear about are using the web to live their dreams. They aren’t rich, they aren’t famous, and you don’t know them and will never hear about them.
Glenn quit his teaching job last year. He replaced his income by playing in 5 different musical bands plus has employees that setup in small clubs and do Karaoke gigs for him. Sure, most the stories you hear, are about how people have made fortunes. It is newsworthy, and of course the exception to the rule. We get bombarded with similar stories so much so that IF you hear John Smith finally replaced his income from a job he hated for 17 years, no one listens; no one cares. I bet John does though.

Emerald Green Arborvitae are easy to grow in Easton Pa. This
article will help you understand this landscape plant.
Arborvitae have masses of small fiberous roots which allows them
to transplant at most times of the year. The Emerald Green has
the best year round color, but is narrow in form. In real dry
years this plant does not survive as well as the more open arbs
such as the American, Techny, Nigra, and Elegantissma. This
variety, because its foliage is more dense than other varieties,
is less tolerant than more open cultivars. In an urban area with
deer problems, this variety will be consumed before the next
season. We have in stock and ready to pickup these arbs from
seedlings (6-10″) to 6-8′ trees. Emerald Green arbs are easy to
plant but afew tips will help your success. When planting,
remember that the symptoms of overwatering are identical to
underwatering. More trees, shrubs, and houseplants are killed
from overwatering than all other problems combined. Water
thoroughly upon planting then water thereafter as needed
depending on soil and environmental conditions. At no time
should the planting zone be kept soggy. Feel the soil with your
finger to test it. It should be moist not spongy wet. The plant
should be dried to the point of dampness to the touch before a
complete re watering. This regime should be carried out at least
through the first few months. Soil moisture should be monitored
closely for the next two years with corrective action taken as
needed. Fertilizer spikes should never be used. You can tell
when the arbs are happy with their new location by looking at
the interface of the root ball and the new location. New
fiberous roots should appear within weeks of planting. You can

Previously, we discussed the problems that arise if
you fail to place title to your assets into the name
of your revocable living trust.
In one article, I shared the problem of the widow.
She learned that her husband had assets that were in
his name alone and not put into the title of their
revocable living trust.
An attorney was now quoting her a fee of thousands of
dollars to clean up the revocable living trust and
try to avoid probate.
In my Multi-Media course I describe what you can do if
you find that an asset is left out of your trust.
About 13 years ago, the California Court of Appeals
decided a case where a man had died without placing title
to his assets into his revocable living trust. The appeals
court decided that even though the man had failed to
actually place title into his revocable living trust, the
man had demonstrated enough of an intent that his assets
be held in the revocable living trust. Therefore, the
court held that the revocable living trust held legal
title. The court then instructed the lower court to issue
an order converting the assets into the title of the
revocable living trust.
This case is now used in California to help avoid probate
if assets are found to not be in the name of the revocable
living trust. The key is that there has to be a
demonstration of intent that the assets be held in the
name of the revocable living trust.
In my practice I used to prepare a document called
“General Assignment of Assets to Revocable Living Trust.”
In it, I would declare the intent of the parties to have
their assets held in the title of the revocable living trust.
It then went on to say that if there was an asset that was
left out, it was to be placed into the revocable living
trust on request by the trustee. This gave the trustee
the elements needed under the court of appeals case to
avoid probate.
You should ask your estate planning professional if a
“General Assignment of Assets” to your revocable living
trust is appropriate for you.

For maximizing the value you receive for your money, the most important question is - How to select which websites to place ads on? Here is how you do it:
1. Identify Your Target Market
The first step will be to identify your target market i.e. who is likely to buy your product or service. Break down your research into:
Sex - Men, Women or Both
Age Group - Kids, Teenagers, Adults etc. v
Geographic Location - Country, State, City etc.
Interests
Example: If you sell anti-aging cosmetics, your main target market is likely to be women in the age group of above 50 residing in the countries where you can ship your products to and who are interested in maintaining their young looks. Your secondary target will be men of similar age group and beauty-conscious young women.
2. Identify Websites with Desired Demographics
Your next step will be to identify websites where you will find visitors of your target market. Continuing with the above example, you will find your target customers on beauty and fashion websites and forums with useful information for skin and beauty care for women above 50 years of age. Such websites should be your main targets for advertising.
You will also find your target market in the ‘Beauty’ or ‘Fashion’ sections of Women’s websites. And don’t forget that men might be interested in buying your products for the purpose of gifting. So, websites like AskMen.com can also be on your list.
Other useful places to advertise can be websites selling beauty products, directories and indexes of beauty-related websites, women’s message forums etc.
3. Other Factors to Consider
Apart from identifying your target markets, some other factors also play an important role in website advertising.
. Identify traffic statistics and Click-through Rate (CTR) of the individual websites along with the ad rates and compare. Try to strike a balance between minimum ad rates and maximum traffic.
. When identifying traffic, do not be mislead by only the number of ‘hits’ a website receives. Ask for page impressions and/or unique visitors etc.
. Check beforehand if the payment terms and methods are suitable to you.
. If the website provides you with the statistics of your advertising campaign, it will be an added benefit
. If you are NOT advertising on a CPM (cost per thousand) basis, i.e. you are paying a monthly/weekly flat price for advertising, take into account the number of other banners your banner will be rotated with. The more the number of banners, the lesser the chances of your ad getting seen by website visitors.
